Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Bread: 8 Slices
Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 4 tbsp
Eggs: 2
Skimmed milk: 2 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Serve any fruit: 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp

Method:
Step 1 Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2 Remove the crust from the bread slices. Roll them gently using a rolling pin.
Step 3 Apply Kissan Mixed Fruit jam on the slices and roll them tightly.
Step 4 Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.
Step 5 Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Step 6 Dip the bread rolls in an egg and milk mixture and place them in the pan. Cook from all sides until browned.
Step 7 Immediately coat with the sugar cinnamon mixture.
