1 lb Flank steak
1 Tbs Cornstarch
2 Tbs soy sauce
Olive oil
1 onion
2 broccoli heads (4 cups)
For the sauce
1/2 cup beef stock
3 Tbs soy sauce
4 cloves garlic (I like a lot of garlic, feel free to use less)
1 Tbs chopped ginger
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs Corn starch
